A 60 minute session doing exactly what the name suggests - a lovely class if you need something with lower intensity but still want to feel as if you've had a great session

Dumbbell/ Kettlebell Club

An online class that originally started through the COVID pandemic, however it became so popular that its still going now 

A 30 minute full body session where only one weight is needed. its high intensity keeps the heart rate up high and torches calories whilst building your full body strength and fitness levels
